張力儀是測(cè)量絲網(wǎng)受到拉力作用時(shí)其內(nèi)部與固定絲網(wǎng)接觸體之間的相互牽引力大小的儀器。張力儀有機(jī)械式和電子式兩種，測(cè)量張力的單位用牛頓/厘米表示。張力也可以用相對(duì)數(shù)值來(lái)表示。厘米張力儀就是用相對(duì)數(shù)值表示張力的一種，是通過(guò)張力儀自身重量使絲網(wǎng)下沉的深度的數(shù)值(毫米)來(lái)計(jì)算，張力數(shù)值可從指示盤上直接得到，或者從控制盤上間接得到。張力儀有手工操作和機(jī)械操作兩種。張力儀是檢驗(yàn)絲網(wǎng)印版質(zhì)量的重要的檢測(cè)儀器。為保證得到制版要求的張力，在繃網(wǎng)過(guò)程中或繃網(wǎng)后都要使用張力儀測(cè)量。
